Organic ingredients:

Rose, Calendula, Chamomile, Lavender, Skullcap, Blue Lotus, Neem, Orange Peel

For facial:

-Pour 3-4 cups of hot water over 1/4 cup of herbs in a bowl

-Place a towel over your head to create a tent effect

-Sit comfortably with your face about 12 inches from the steamy blend for up to 15 min
