Happy Heart Elixir (1 oz) contains:
Rose, Hawthornberry, Vodka, Organic Coconut Glycerin, Distilled water
Suggested Uses:
-Place 6-10 drops either directly under the tongue or into water, tea, or beverage of your choice, up to 3 times a day
Start with the smallest suggested amount and gradually increase as tolerated, if necessary
