Every tea blend includes an intuitively chosen crystal/stone and an affirmation in a natural disposable tea filter bag for your first steep.

**It is recommended to use a tea strainer or tea filter bags for loose leaf tea**

**Crystals/stones and affirmations may differ from photos**

Instructions:

1oz pouch contains approx 12-15 servings

Hot tea: Add 1 Tbsp herbs in a strainer to 8 oz of hot water; steep for 7-10 minutes.

Iced tea: Steep 8 oz for 20-30 minutes and place in refrigerator or let cool to room temperature before adding ice.
